In 2010, Paulo Vasconcelos had a good paying job working for petroleum giant Petrobras in his hometown of Aracaju, but he wasn't satisfied. The Brazilian already had a bachelor's degree in English teaching and had always wanted to put his language skills to use by studying and living aboard.
