Baelie Werner, a Civil Engineering student at ˿����Ƶ Tech, has been selected as the recipient of the Susan M. Frey Memorial Scholarship, a scholarship awarded to one outstanding student in ˿����Ƶ who exemplifies a dedication to structural engineering, with an emphasis on teaching and mentoring. Originally from Tillamook, Werner is on track to graduate in 2023 with a bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering.

Eight students and one faculty member from ˿����Ƶ Tech's Dental Hygiene Program in Klamath Falls traveled to St. George, Grenada, this summer as part of a service trip. The group provided dental hygiene services to underserved populations with limited or no dental care access. The team members were senior students Surayha Cox, Callie Drescher, Kade Hutchins, Tim Le, Chelsea Thomas, Abbi Thompson, Gabby Tomas, and Lauren Vo.
