——SENIOR UPDATE——— We have an update from one of our remarkable seniors, Addy P. “Hi everyone! I'm in Portland at OHSU. Extern has been wonderful and filled with so many amazing opportunities. I have been able to see a variety of pathologies and scan on my own which is awesome and gives me the chance to get creative and critically think about what I need to assess. I think one of the coolest, and by far the most creative thing I have done is scan a patient through their back since I couldn't see anything through her breast augmentation and ended with a diagnostic study.

For the second year in a row—and the third overall—˿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech students won the Annual Bill Kloos Traffic Bowl! The annual event draws student teams from universities throughout the Northwest.

Meet Jake!! 🩺 Jake is a 2017 graduate of the Vascular Technology at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech and did his vascular externship with PVA in San Antonio! Jake now runs a mobile imaging company in San Antonio, TX that provides ultrasounds of all varieties: vascular, general, echo and help with vein ablation procedures. Jake’s favorite part about being a vascular technologist is helping with the vein ablation procedures: “It’s something I’ve become very comfortable with and is a more involved supplement to patient care than we most of the time get to be involved with providing the ultrasound.

Today we celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of our Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Women’s soccer team! Having won the Cascade Collegiate Conference title, they advanced to the NAIA National Tournament.
